Proscuitto and Tomato Salad

I bought a gigantic bag of prosciutto from Costco, so I've been eating a lot of it lately... as in with almost every meal.

This was after I accidentally set my spaghetti on fire (Oops. Gas stove + dry hard noodles = fire!)
