Roasted duck, roasted sweet potatoes, and asparagus stir-fry. It really amazes me how good an $11 duck can taste after 90 minutes in the oven.
But the amount of fat that drips off the duck during the 90 minutes is disgusting. I poured the fat into a jam jar, but that was too small for all the drippings. Instead, it filled up a whole 500ml water bottle!
