Derek was back from Montreal for two weeks so we decided to spend a couple nights at Whidbey Island. Not much to see there except Deception State Park and Bridge, which are pretty, but I think I am too spoiled by Vancouver mountains and scenery because I wasn't as impressed as I felt I should have been. We couldn't find anything to do at night time so we spent hours inside the 24 hour Walmart!
Derek and I dubbed this our "hipster holiday" because he had packed hipster clothing, and we determined that I am 50% hipster...
