The consequences of wearing a uniform during high school - having to clean out my sock drawer. All those navy blue, knee-high socks had to go. I can't believe I kept these all this time, since most of them had holes and broken seams, and some of them were hand-me-down socks from my older sister, meaning that they are fifteen years old. Some have faded quite a bit from blue to gray. They have now been purged from my room.
