I decided it was time to do my taxes. But after talking to my accountant friend Jenny, I realized that the government had mailed me the wrong forms. The T1 Special isn't good enough for me anymore - those don't have a Capital Gains section and now I need the T1 General. Does anyone else do their own taxes by hand? It takes forever, and I always get a letter with corrections from the government because of all my mistakes!
Maybe you should look into those tax softwares where the computer calculates stuff for you! Or get your accountant friend to do it, my cousin does mine. I have no idea how to fill out a tax form :(
